Kemp
Mr. Kemp is the former Treasurer of BICEPP. He currently serves as a media consultant for Golden Phoenix Productions involving motion picture and television productions.
As a former police-dispatched civilian rescue ambulance driver, attendant, and supervisor for a subcontracted private ambulance service, he has serviced the City of Burbank, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the California Highway Patrol in the early- to mid-1970s, and has acquired 37 years of experience in emergency services as an Emergency Medical Technician. Previous employment includes 23 years as the Medical Supervisor of The Warner Hollywood Studios, and 10 years with Sony Pictures Entertainment, both within the motion picture and television industry.
