Roland De Rocili

Roland De Rocili is the Manager of Business Continuity for the Raytheon Company, located in El Segundo. Roland is responsible for crisis management and  business contingency planning for all Space and Airborne Systems Division locations in California, Texas and Mississippi.  He has over 33 years' experience in emergency services, in both the public and private sectors. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands. Roland is a Certified Business Continuity Planner, and is a candidate for CEM certification.
