Working for over 20 years in public safety, Will has worked in both the public and private sectors.

In the private sector he has been directly responsible for the management and operations of crisis management, business continuity, physical security, fire prevention/suppression, occupational health and environmental policy departments. He has developed and managed programs for high-rise office buildings, studio production facilities, broadcast facilities, campus style building layouts and manufacturing facilities. The scope of his work has included both multiple domestic and international venues. He has responded to and managed small to large scale emergencies including major disasters.

In the public sector he worked with cities and a municipal airport in the Los Angeles County area to help develop their community based emergency response teams and their emergency management programs.

He currently is a Senior Consultant for Comprehensive Business Consultanting where he is responsible for both private and public sector projects specializing in emergency management.
