As Assistant City Administrative Officer, Ellis M. Stanley is Coordinator of the Emergency Operations Organization for the City of Los Angeles. Prior to assuming his current position with the City of Los Angeles in September, 1997, he was Director of the Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency for 10 years. Ellis serves as BICEPP's Vice President for the Public Sector and he is past President of The International Association of Emergency Managers and the American Society of Professional Emergency Planners.
